I don’t offer pay-as-you-go sessions, as I've found that the best results come from a structured, hybrid approach combining coaching with courses, tools, and practical exercises. This ensures transformation continues between our sessions.

Programmes typically involve sessions of 60 to 180 minutes, held weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly over a duration of 3-6 months (or 6-24 sessions).

Sessions can be in-person at my office in Stellenbosch or online.

If you commit to the process, you can expect radical and permanent change.
