THE FOUNDATIONS OF PERSONAL HEALING

R2000 ONCE-OFF INVESTMENT

This 10-class series is for people who recognise that the past still shapes their reactions, want to understand what their patterns were protecting, and want to respond with greater freedom.

Each 30-minute class takes one part of that process, with a practical framework and one realistic practice to carry into the week.

Your past shapes you, but it does not permanently determine who you must become.

HOW THIS COURSE CAN HELP YOU

If you want to find out how this course could help you, take this assessment to see which areas this course covers that will be most meaningful for you.

PLEASE NOTE

Nobody will be expected to disclose private experiences publicly, and nobody will be encouraged to force their way through overwhelming emotional exposure.

We begin with safety, awareness and emotional regulation before moving into deeper themes.

We do not go as deep as possible. We go as deep as we can remain present.

PREVIEW THE COURSE

This is a preview of the Foundations of Personal Growth course, which you can can access here.

After each Foundations of Personal Healing session I will upload the recording, notes, reflection questions and additional content.

FOUNDATIONS OF  PERSONAL HEALING COURSE CONTENT

1

29 July 2026

What Is Inner Healing Really?

Healing does not change the fact that something happened. It changes the power that experience continues to hold over you. We start by understanding healing, rumination and real change.

3

12 August 2026

How Do I Stay Present When Emotions Hit?

You cannot process an experience while your whole system believes it is still trying to survive it. In this session we talk about experiencing emotion without becoming overwhelmed.

5

26 August 2026

How Have I Learned To Protect Myself?

A pattern can be understandable without remaining acceptable. The goal is to update patterns that once protected you but now restrict you.

7

9 September 2026

How Do Old Wounds Shape My Relationships?

Relationships reveal our wounds, but safe relationships can also become part of the repair. So we look at building trust, boundaries, communication and repair.

9

23 September 2026

How Do I Stop Repeating The Past?

Healing is completed less by what you discover about the past and more by what you repeatedly learn to do in the present. We close by creating new evidence that the past does not have to repeat itself.

2

5 August 2026

Why Does The Past Still Affect Me?

Sometimes you are reacting to the present. Sometimes the present has touched something older. This session is about recognising triggers, old meanings and automatic reactions.

4

19 August 2026

Why Do I Numb Out?

You cannot work with an emotion you only experience as tension, irritation or the urge to escape. Numbing is not proof that you do not want to heal. It is evidence that some part of you does not yet believe feeling is safe. We cover both: understanding emotions, thoughts, sensations and needs, and breaking avoidance without removing support too quickly.

6

2 September 2026

Why Am I So Hard On Myself?

You cannot shame yourself into becoming emotionally whole. This session is about taking responsibility without turning against yourself.

8

16 September 2026

How Do I Grieve What I Never Had?

Some wounds are not healed by finding a better explanation. They are healed by finally allowing the loss to be real. Here we focus on honouring what was missing while building what is still possible.
