Why is the Clarity Quest so helpful?
It is not a course you can binge-watch. And it is not a random conversation with AI. It is not another podcast.
It is a introspective journey that combines self-discovery exercises with coaching, structure, and accountability.
You move from being stuck in a RUT (Routine, Uncertainty, Trance) to clarity and purpose.
Questing your way through four 10-week focused sections.
Start anytime. Work through it systematically. But commit to the process, half-hearted efforts get half-hearted results.
Most programs come from American or British perspectives. Not this one!
Built by a South African Coach to help South Africans all over the world.
Not focused on information but rather transformation.
I don't want to add more to your to-do list. I want you to get clear on what actually matters to YOU and then give you the structure and support to act on it.
Can you relate to the following?
You know you’re capable of more, but there’s a gap between what you envision and how your days actually unfold.
You start with good intentions, then get pulled in different directions. Your energy drains into small tasks, leaving your real goals untouched.
You overthink, switch priorities, scroll, delay, doubt.
Meanwhile, the life you want stays out of reach, not because you lack potential, but because you’re missing structure.
You’ve probably tried to fix this before. Books. Podcasts. Tools. But most just offer more information when what you really need is a clear path and accountability.
That’s what the Clarity Quest gives you.
A clear, guided process to cut through the noise, reclaim your attention, and finally move with purpose.
This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you are and building the life you actually want, with structure, support, and clarity.
Whether you're a small business owner, a professional with lots of responsibility, or someone climbing the corporate ladder, if these sound familiar:
...you're successful on paper but sometimes wonder if you're just going through the motions.
...you have achievements and recognition but you're constantly putting out fires instead of building something meaningful.
...you know you're capable of more but you keep procrastinating on the work that would actually move you forward.
Then the Clarity Quest could make all the difference for you.
BOUWER BOSCH
In this candid, unscripted chat, Bouwer sits down with his long-time friend and life coach, ME! to explore the inner world behind success, stuckness, and the desire for more.
We talk about what it means to chase your dream, confront your fears, and break through the limiting beliefs that hold you back, even when everything on the outside looks like it’s going well.
We unpack the practical and emotional tools that help people move from stuck to clear, and from surviving to thriving.
NELMARIE DU PREEZ
I joined the Clarity Quest because I was going through an identity crisis and needed help figuring out what my next steps would be.
At first, it was about untangling all the complex things in my mind, things I thought I wanted but didn't.
The Quest helped me simplify those thoughts and gave me a solid foundation to start building my new identity from scratch.
It was almost like building on rock instead of sand. I’ve learned to trust my feelings more and understand what I need, which has really changed how I see my future. It hasn't been easy, though – this is the hardest work I've ever done, but it's been worth every bit of energy.
I can see now how my future is so much brighter.
LOUWRENS KOCK
"I found myself stuck in a hole, overthinking everything. I didn't know where I was going. I realised I need to be honest with myself.
As I went through the course and looked back on my notes at the end of the week, I could see how much I’d grown. If so much changed in one week, what could I achieve in a year, or two?”
WILANDRI BASSON
"I’ve been seeing psychologists for 8 years, but it felt like nothing changed over the last two years, and I felt completely stuck in every part of my life.
For the first time I can really see how my thoughts change, which is something that hasn’t really happened in the past for me.
I realise what is happening and my mindset and thought patterns associated with it. It has blown me away how supportive the group has been. It was quite daunting in the beginning sharing my fears and dark parts, but if you’re willing to be vulnerable and do it, that is where I have found the most support and the most value."
JOHAN GOUWS
Before joining the Clarity Quest, I felt stuck in a cycle of reactive behavior and couldn’t execute on my big goals.
I would wake up motivated, but end up switching from one thing to another, never making progress. The Quest offered the clarity I needed to understand where I was and where I wanted to go.
Part one was challenging, forcing me to confront areas where I was stuck. There were times when I laughed and cried, but ultimately it helped me recognize my issues. The Quest gave me actionable steps, and "structure is your friend" became a guiding principle, improving both my work output and personal life.
Since then, my work has improved, and even my father noticed a positive change in my attitude. I used to mope around, but now there's a noticeable shift in my outlook. The Quest helped me complete things I started and has given me the accountability to keep moving forward. Now, I'm more confident and ready to tackle what's next.
ETTIENNE MOSTERT
Before joining the Clarity Quest, I felt stuck and frustrated, unable to break free from repeating patterns in my life. I thought I needed a PhD to succeed, but the Quest helped me see this was just a way to avoid facing what I truly needed to do.
Through the Quest, I realized that my dreams weren’t entirely aligned with what would fulfill me.
I learned that I didn’t need to take a long detour to reach my goals. Instead, I could use what I already had and approach things more directly. The Quest also helped me shift my mindset, allowing me to embrace risk and trust myself more. It showed me that taking action, even with uncertainty, was the key to moving forward.
Now, I’m in a job I’ve aspired to for years, and it feels like the right direction for me. By backing myself, I’ve learned to step into what I truly want, without waiting for everything to be perfect.
TANIA STEYN
I like a lot of different things, and it became a bit frustrating because I didn’t have a clear picture of where I was going.
I knew I wanted to get somewhere but didn’t have the clarity or insight to know how to get to where I wanted to be.
One of the biggest things that changed for me because of the program was defining who I am and what I want. That has helped me make better decisions; I’m much more focused now and know what to choose because I know what I want and who I am.
THOMAS HUGO
Before joining the Clarity Quest, I had a lot of theoretical knowledge but struggled to apply it.
I wanted to get practical and figure out what I needed to do, but I was stuck overthinking everything.
As I went through the process, I discovered that I was avoiding stepping out of my comfort zone and not fully engaging with the process. My biggest ah-ha moment so far has been that I can control my thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.
I can change what I believe, and my beliefs don't even need to be true to be powerful. This insight felt a bit like cheating at first, but it was liberating to realise I have the power to reshape my mindset.
Now, I'm more focused on making practical changes in my life and moving away from reacting to external expectations. I know exactly how to get where I want to go, even if I’m still figuring out where exactly that is.
STEFAN NAUDE
Joining the Clarity Quest helped me I realise that my biggest obstacle was myself.
I noticed a recurring pattern in my life where opportunities were available, but I kept holding back because I was afraid of failure.
This negative mindset was holding me back, and it was clear that I needed to change my perspective. One of the key insights I gained was that I am in control of my own life. As Francois says, "If I can change my mindset, I can change my life."
This realisation excites me because it means I can decide where I want to go and take action to get there. By focusing on small changes, like journaling and identifying when I’m falling into a victim mindset, I’m working on shifting my perspective.
Thanks to the support of the Quest and the group, I feel empowered to break free from my old patterns. I will need all the help and support I can get going forward, but I’m excited to see where the journey takes me.

ANELDA LOCHNER
"About 6 months before we started the Clarity Quest I had a big change in my life (a divorce), and I’m now in the process of reestablishing myself as a single person.
When the quest started, it was amazing for me to see how all the pre-work I’d done and the things I’d been working through coming together.
The process looks simple from the outside, but once you start it you realise it is a deep and intricate process.”
LIANCA FOURIE
When I decided to join the Quest I had no idea what it actually entailed. It is now a couple of weeks later and my life has drastically changed for the better.
You will not regret it, not for a moment. So don't even hesitate: join the Quest now!
